TERMS & CONDITIONS

We hope you will love your Stephanie Albertson jewelry, textiles and/or objects as much as we love making them.

JEWELRY & DECORATIVE OBJECTS:  cannot be returned for a refund. However, if you are unhappy with your purchase, we will extend a store credit in the full amount of your purchase, less any shipping costs. Credits do not expire. 

TEXTILES:  cannot be returned for a refund. In order to ensure you are pleased with the color and texture of your item, we will send a fabric swatch for your approval. For a swatch, please contact us at

Once your textile has shipped, we will not be able to accept returns for any merchandise, unless damaged in the shipping process.

SHIPPING: we ship USPS Priority Express Mail. Delivery to most zip codes is one day (overnight). We cover all insurance and a signature is required at the time of delivery. We charge a $30 flat fee for shipping packages up to 1 lb.

DELIVERY:  All in stock items will ship within 48 hours of receipt of order and payment.  If you need an item to ship sooner than our 48 hour window, please contact us. We are happy to accommodate specific instructions.
